Danyi aka Solar Force

Danyi a.k.a Solar Force was born in a small city in the east of Slovakia. He found the interest for club music in his 15 years.
Trance, hardtrance, techno was the favorite genre, but in this time the DJ´s didn´t play this genre in disco in his town. Different DJs sets, mix or remix was, and are still Danyix passion. Everything began with Club Rotation Compilation but the decisive moment was Paul van Dyks album Out there an back. The fine tunes of Pauls compilation was for Danyi the entrance in the trance world.

With 16 years he tried made music on a computer. After buying some dj equipment in 2001, making Armin van Buuren and Above & Beyond inspired tunes, he later made his first song Vicarious World. His first album Vicarious World (2002) is rather electronic, it was the begin of Danyi´s second passion - DJ-ing. But the computer music didn´t capture him, he wanted more -he was interested for DJ sets and the turntables were the further step in his career. His first mix compilation called Trance Department (followed by Trance Department 2- 6), was more trance, progressive trance style. His motto: Respect to the DJ´s, fathers of music
He prefer trance, progressive trance, deeptrance, techtrance and a little bit of techno in the DJ sets. Especially he love the fine deep tunes of Markus Schulz selections (Coldharbour Selections), or sounds of Andy Moor, Sander van Doorn and Above & Beyond . Partly he is making remix from different songs. He find (try) always new effects or possibility of improvement and so he´s giving the trance-club music new face.

Danyi feels that a DJ is a provider of experiences, but that the experience goes much deeper than anything a DJ alone can offer. For that reason he is opposed to arrogance and vanity in the DJ and rave community. Now, in 2008 Danyi has relocated and has shot off in many new directions, dabbling in mash-ups, yet still doing the old school justice and bringing new life to the trance scene.

His last success was the «PureSound Sessions Yearmix 2007» compilation with over 110 tracks of 2007 on 2 CDs!
After over 1,5 year residency on Against Silence Radio with his show «Trance Department», is he now hosting weekly show calls «PureSound Sessions» with guest mixes from well known artists from all over the world.
